Steps:
- 1. Mix together flour, oats and brown sugar. Add butter and chopped pecans.
- 2. Add butter and chopped pecans.
- 3. Stir well and spread on an ungreased cookie sheet.
- 4. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
- 5. Crumble while hot; cool.
- 6. Sprinkle half of mixture in a 9 X 13 pan.
- 7. Drizzle with a jar of caramel ice cream topping.
- 8. Spread the ice cream on top of the caramel.
- 9. Top with the rest of the crumble mixture and drizzle with the second jar of caramel ice cream topping.
- 10. Serve immediately or freeze.
