Caramel Ice Cream Dessert image

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 c all purpose flour
5 c quick oats
5 c brown sugar
2 stick butter, melted
1 c chopped pecans
24 oz caramel ice cream topping
5 gal vanilla ice cream, softened
(OPTIONAL)ADD CHERRIES IF WANTED.

Steps:

  • 1. Mix together flour, oats and brown sugar. Add butter and chopped pecans.
  • 2. Add butter and chopped pecans.
  • 3. Stir well and spread on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  • 4. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
  • 5. Crumble while hot; cool.
  • 6. Sprinkle half of mixture in a 9 X 13 pan.
  • 7. Drizzle with a jar of caramel ice cream topping.
  • 8. Spread the ice cream on top of the caramel.
  • 9. Top with the rest of the crumble mixture and drizzle with the second jar of caramel ice cream topping.
  • 10. Serve immediately or freeze.
