Steps:
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat.
- Add the remaining ingredients and bring the sauce to a rolling boil. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
- Combine the Honeycomb cereal, pretzels, popcorn and cashews in a bowl and mix well.
- Pour in the Caramel Sauce and stir to mix.
- You can refrigerate the mixture if you want the caramel to harden.
