Mix apples, sugar, flour and lemon juice thoroughly and place in crust. Combine caramels with milk heat until melted. Pour over apples. Beat cream cheese, sugar and egg. Pour over caramel topping. Sprinkle with nuts. Bake at 325 for 55-65 minutes.
