Caramel Apple Bread image

This bread is so moist and delicious and it makes 2 loaves!! Keeps well in the freezer...

1/2 c butter, softened
1 pkg instant butterscotch pudding mix (small)
1/2 c brown sugar
2 large eggs
2 c flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 can(s) 21 oz.. apple pie filling

Steps:

  • 1. Dump apple pie filling into a bowl; a dice apples into smaller size pieces. set aside...
  • 2. In a medium size mixing bowl; cream together butter,vanilla, b. sugar and pudding mix; add eggs one at a time mixing well with mixer...
  • 3. Add in flour and spices mix well. Fold in pie filling lastly... mix well.. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans; and bake at 350* for 55-60 minutes I check at about 45 min... Enjoy!!
