Calabrese Style Spaghetti image

Noodles with garlic, butter and grated Italian cheese. Serve with crunchy bread sticks and salad, if desired.

1 (6 ounce) package spaghetti
½ cup butter
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 cup grated Romano cheese

Steps:

  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
  • Immediately place pasta in a large bowl and mix in butter, garlic and cheese. After butter has completely melted, serve.
