CAKE MIX EXTENDER I
This recipe is posted in many places on the internet. I used it with a boxed red velvet cake mix and it worked out great. It added volume to the cake mix but not so much that the pans overflowed.

- Add all ingredients to your cake mix ingredients and prepare as indicated on the box. Cakes may need a few extra minutes of baking time because there is more batter than the original cake mix.
