My neighbor had cajun peanuts from Feridies at holiday time. They were awesome but impossible to find in the stores. I found this recipe on cooks.com and wanted to hold onto it on zaar. I will rate once I make some. Happy munching!

Ingredients

1 jar planters unsalted peanuts
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
2 -3 drops Tabasco sauce
1 dash cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon salad oil

Steps:

Mix salt, chili powder, cayenne pepper, peanuts and oil together. Place on cookie sheet. Roast in 350 degree oven until golden brown.
