BUTTERMILK GRILLED CHICKEN image

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 1/3 cups buttermilk
2 Tbl dijon mustard
2 Tbl olive oil
2 Tbl lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, pressed
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Add 1 Tbl rosemary, paprika, something to kick it up
2-4 pieces of chicken with skin

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, whisk together buttermilk with other ingredients. Pour into ziplok and add chicken. Marinate overnight. Remove chicken breasts and discard marinade. Grill on medium-low, turning occasionally until cooked through, 30 to 40 minutes.
