Steps:
- Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees.
- Microwave 2 Tbsp butter until melted, about 30 seconds. Stir in ½ cup panko, ¼ cup Monterrey Jack cheese and 3 tsp Frank's Seasoning. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Pat chicken breasts dry with Bounty paper towels and season with salt and pepper. Place breasts on lightly oiled sheet pan.
- Mound tops of chicken breasts with the panko mixture, pressing firmly to adhere.
- Roast on top rack until chicken is golden brown and cooked through, about 18-22 minutes.
- Sour Cream Buffalo Sauce - In a small bowl combine 4 Tbsp sour cream, 1 tsp Frank's Seasoning and a large pinch of salt. Add water 1 tsp at a time until mixture reaches a drizzly consistency.
- Drizzle chicken breasts with the sour cream Buffalo sauce and honey.
