For a festive meal that is low in calories, but high in protein and packed with taste, go fish. In this case, that means using tasty Tilapia as a base and accented with the delicate flavors with a seasonally sensational sauce of cranberries,honey and mustard.

- 1. FOR THE SAUCE: In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat,cook cranberries,orange juice,zest and vanilla,about 5 minutes. Reduce heat to medium low,stirring occasionally, and cook until thickened and reduced, about 20 minutes.
- 2. Remove from heat,whisk in honey and Dijon mustard. Serve over Tilapia.
- 3. FOR THE BROILED TILAPIA: Preheat broiler to high.
- 4. Place fillets in a shallow baking dish and sprinkle with dill and paprika. Add salt and pepper, to taste, if desired. Lay slices of lemon in the middle of each fillet.
- 5. Place baking dish 5 to 6 inches away from broiler. Broil fish for 8 to 10 minutes or until cooked through,but still moist. Drizzle with lemon juice. Serve topped with Cranberry-Honey Mustard Sauce. Try garnished with dill,if desired.
