Number Of Ingredients 9

1 1/2 c bisquick
3/4 c vegetable oil
2 pkg frozen, choppd broccoli (thawed n drained) fresh can b used, just slightly cooked first !
1 pkg mozzerella, 8 oz. chopped
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp blk. pepper
a pinch of cayenne (or more) optional
1 medium onion, chopped n sauteed

Steps:

  • 1. IN A 9X13 BAKING DISH (I USED THROW AWAY TIN)MIX BISQUICK N VEG.OIL ADD SALT N PEPPER TO BEATEN EGGS (A PINCH OF CAYENNE PEPPER, OPTIONAL) THEN ADD TO MIXTURE IN BAKING PAN....ADD CHOPPED MOZZERELLA N BROCCOLI N SAUTEED ONIONS N STIR.
  • 2. PREHEAT OVEN 350 N BAKE FOR 40 MINUTES...LET STAND FOR 5 MINUTES B4 CUTTING....N ENJOY.
