Braised Radishes image

Number Of Ingredients 4

4 cups radishes, sliced
3 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup heavy cream

Steps:

  • 1. Cook radishes for 10 minutes in water. Drain. Add butter to pan and cook for another 5 minutes. Add salt and cream cover and simmer for another 5 minutes.
