Bowl of Big Mac image

One of the many low carb recipes I have collected. I know someone shared this one with me but not sure where it came from originally. This has 4 carbs per serving.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1/2 pound(s) hamburger
2 cup(s) shredded lettuce
1 tablespoon(s) dehydrated onions
10 slice(s) dill pickle - chopped
2 slice(s) american cheese
3 tablespoon(s) low carb thousand island dressing

Steps:

  • Place dehydrated onions in a small cup of warm water to rehydrate.
  • Place lettuce and pickles in a bowl.
  • Brown hamburger over medium heat.
  • Drain, leave in a little of the grease, then stir in cheese until melted. It should coat the hamburger.
  • Immediately pour hot hamburger over salad and stir
  • Drain chopped onion, and stir into salad.
  • Microwave for a minute to heat everything up again, stir in Thousand Island and enjoy!
