- Remove yogurt cups from package; insert stick in center of each foil cover into yogurt, and place in freezer about 4 hours or until frozen solid.
- To serve, run warm water over plastic cups, remove foil cover and gently squeeze to remove fro-yo pop from yogurt cup.
