Number Of Ingredients 4

1 cup(s) heavy cream
3 tablespoon(s) confectioners' sugar
1 tablespoon(s) bourbon
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl, beat cream and sugar with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
  • Add bourbon and vanilla extract and continue to beat until stiff peaks form.
  • Serve immediately. Makes about 2 cups.
