BOULEVARD BELLINI (VIRGIN COCKTAIL)
This recipe came with my bullet blender, but I have modified it so the whole family can enjoy it. For those who choose to imbibe, use real champagne, and peach schnapps in place of the nectar.

- 1. Place all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Divide into 2 glasses or wine goblets. Top with peach slice if desired.
