Steps:
- Fry the onion and tomato in a little bit of oil for about five minutes, then add the herbs and spices.
- Stir well until you get a thick, kind of mushy paste.
- Add the grated cabbage and saute for one or two minutes until well-blended, then cover and cook until the cabbage is soft, stirring occasionally.
