BONELESS SKINLESS CHICKEN THIGHS image

1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts
salt & pepper
2T Olive Oil
1T Balsamic Vinegar
1t brown sugar
1T Dijon Mustard
4 cloves garlic
dash pepper flakes

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 425 deg. In large bowl mix together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, and red pepper. Put chicken into bowl and toss in sauce. Sprinkle with salt & pepper. Spread chicken thighs on glass baking dish and bake for about 20 min. or until chicken reaches internal temperature of 165 deg. Remove chicken, cover and allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving
