After watching the movie,Sweet Home Alabama, it got me curious as to what a Bologna Cake was. Being as Im from the south i thought it was my duty to b up to speed on all southern cooking. :0) This is not my recipe and will not take credit for it. Steps:
- 1. Mix softened cream cheese, onion and Worcestershire sauce. Beat well.
- 2. Place a slice of bologna on a plate, spread cheese mix on. Repeat process until all bologna is used. Ice like a cake with rest of cheese mixture.
- 3. Cool in refrigerator. Slice in thin slices and serve on crackers.
