3 lbs pork (Use boston butt)
1 lb bacon, diced
2 T salt
1 t ground pepper
3 T ground coriander
1/3 t freshly grated nutmeg
1/5 t ground cloves
1/3 t ground dried thyme
1/3 t ground allspice
1/3 c red wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, crushed
3 T Worcestershire sauce

Steps:
