Time 3h10m

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 lb package bob's red mill low carb bread mix
3/4 c warm water (85-90°)
3/4 c heavy cream
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 Tbsp canola oil

Steps:

  • 1. Remove yeast packet from bread mix and set aside. Place water, cream, egg, and oil in the bottom of the bread machine pan.
  • 2. Carefully put the bread mix on top of the wet ingredients in the pan. Make a well in the center of the flour mix. Put the yeast into the well, being careful not to let the yeast touch the liquid.
  • 3. Close lid on bread machine and set to process for a basic 2 pound loaf with a medium crust. Start machine. Bread should be done in about 3 hours.
  • 4. When done, remove pan from machine and allow to cool 5 minutes, then remove loaf from pan to finish cooling. Slice when cool into about 20 slices if you want to match the nutritional information given in the notes.
