Steps:
- Line a 9X13 pan with parchment paper, set aside. In large bowl mix all the dry ingredients, add the soft butter and stir until you have a crumbly mixture. Whisk the eggs in a cup and add to flour/ butter mixture, and stir until well blended. Press batter into prepared pan, spread blueberries on top. Topping: mix oatmeal and sugar, add the melted butter and stir until well blended. Spread over blueberries. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 30 minutes. Let cool before cutting to squares. It will get more moist if you leave it sitting for a day. Sift with icing sugar.
