4 1/2 cups flour
2 1/4 cups white sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons baking powder
1 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 cup milk
3 cups blueberries
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 cup flour
3/4 cup margarine, cubed
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400°.
  • Combine 4-1/2 cups flour, 2-1/4 cups sugar, salt and baking powder.
  • Add oil, egg and milk to flour mixture.
  • Fold in blueberries.
  • Crumb topping: Mix together 1/1/2 cups sugar, 1 cup flour, 3/4 cup margarine and cinnamon.
  • Sprinkle over muffins before baking.
