Steps:
- In a bowl, combine the drained tuna, chopped olives, green onions, caper and jalapeno and mix well. Fold in the olive oil, red pepper flakes and lemon juice, being careful not to break up the tuna too finely - this should be a slightly chunky sandwich. Taste, and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Serve on a dense bread to absorb the olive oil better.
