Layer 1
1 box of yellow cake mix (pudding type)
1 egg
1 stick of butter
Layer 2
2 eggs
8 oz reduced fat cream cheese
1 box of powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Steps:

  • Mix together ingredients for Layer 1; spread in baking pan. Mix together ingredients for Layer 2; pour over Layer 1. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
