Steps:
- pre-heat oven to 350*
- place all puff pastries in a large square shape on a flat surface,
- unwrap the brie and place in the center of the four corners of the pastries
- add jelly/jam
- add pecans
- start folding pastry over the top of the brie and toppings, you will have to trim off excess puff pastry dough.
- spray pam or rub butter onto a cookie sheet, and place tightly wrapped brie into the center of the pan, beat one egg in a cup or bowl, brush onto puff pastry and bake for 30-35 mins
- Remove from oven once pastry is golden brown, and slice and serve immediately ! GREAT with fresh pineapple and strawberries and black grapes. We cracked open a bottle of Sparkling Apple Cider with it, and it was sooooooooo good! I pray this amazing dish finds its way to you table soon!!!! Enjoy!!!!
