This makes a moist, spicy, and delicious meatloaf, and the sauce tops it off!

Steps:
- 1. Break ground beef up in large mixing bowl. Add chopped onions, celery and grated garlic. Sprinkle on spices. In a cup, mix together olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, eggs, mustard and ketchup. Mix together well, pour into ground beef. Mix together till all ingredients are combined.
- 2. Form into a log and pat downward and inward a couple times to help keep it from falling apart. Pour coarse black pepper into your hand and pat on top and sides of meatloaf.
- 3. Place in baking dish and bake 375° for 1- 1/2 hr. Check temp with meat thermometer after one hour. Cook a few minutes longer if needed.
- 4. FOR SAUCE: In a small sauce pan added all sauce ingredients. Simmer for 20 min.
