Steps:
- Roll out cookie dough evenly on cookie tray like you would pizza dough. Then bake according to the instructions on package.
- While that is cooking, put cream cheese in a bowl and slowly start stirring in powdered sugar until it is sweetened to your desire. When cookie is cooked, refrigerate for about 20 minutes.
- Slice fruit you wish to have as toppings. Take the cookie out of the refrigerator and spread on cream cheese and powdered sugar mixture. Top with sliced fruit. Sprinkle some powdered sugar over top to garnish. Cut and serve.
