BLACK LENTIL AND PINE NUTS STUFFED TROUT FISH image

Number Of Ingredients 10

3-4 spring onions
1/4 fennel
1 c. cooked small black lentils
5 T roasted pine nuts
3 sun dried tomatoes chopped
olive oil
3 garlic
balsamic vinegar
salt pepper
chopped rosemary leaves

Steps:

  • fry onions in oil add fenel, garlic and rest. Stuff fish, let marinate. Bake 30 minutes.
