Steps:
- 1. Steam your broccoli or this would be great on fish too. Let 1/3 cup butter bubble in small saucepan until it's a golden brown. Pour in 1 tbsp. vinegar or lemon juice and let foam up. Add a dash of salt and pepper and serve at once.
