BITE SIZE PEPPERONI PIZZA
These bite sized pepperoni pizzas are way better than any you'll buy in the store.

Steps:
- Saute onions and peppers in butter.
- Split the muffins in half and toast them in the toaster.
- Spread the pizza sauce on both halves of the muffins.
- Cut each muffin half into four pieces.
- Top each piece of muffin with onion/pepper mix, then a piece of pepperoni.
- Place some cheese on each piece.
- Place pieces on a sheet tray.
- Cook in 400 degree oven until cheese melts.
