Bisquick Strawberry Shortcake Recipe - (4.7/5) image

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 1/3cups2 1/3 cups bisquick mix
1/2cup1/2 cup milk
3tablespoons3 tablespoons sugar
3tablespoons3 tablespoons butter/margarine, melted
4cups4 cups strawberries
1/2cup1/2 cup sugar

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Melt butter. Mix bisquick with sugar. Add butter and milk. Put in greased pie pan. Bake 20-25 minutes until brown. Cool. Cut in half. Dot with melted butter. Add 3/4 of the strawberries. Put on top layer. Dot with remaining melted butter. Add remaining strawberries.
