Better Choice Kickoff Jalapeño Pepper Dip image

Here's one of the better-for-you dips on the table-a creamy, cheesy spread made with Neufchatel cheese, reduced-fat mayo and jalapeño peppers.

1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
1/2 cup KRAFT Light Mayo
1/4 lb. (4 oz.) 2% Milk VELVEETA, cut into 1/4-inch cubes
3 jalapeño peppers, seeded, finely chopped
12 reduced-fat round buttery crackers, crushed (about 1/2 cup)
1 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 green onion, sliced

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Beat Neufchatel and mayo in medium bowl until blended. Stir in VELVEETA and peppers; spread onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate. Mix cracker crumbs and butter; sprinkle over dip.
  • Bake 20 min. or until heated through.
  • Top with onions.
