Steps:
- In a skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain well.
- Layer all ingredients (except gravy mix) in crock-pot, (tomato sauce, carrots, stew meat, potatoes, tomato soup, ground beef, onion, garlic, seasonings)
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
- Turn crock-pot off, mix gravy as packages instructs. Add to stew and let thicken. Serve with rolls or biscuits.
