Steps:
- 1. Heat oven to 350.
- 2. Brown meat over medium heat in a large skillet; drain fat and crumble with fork.
- 3. Add bell pepper and onion to meat and stir to combine.
- 4. Add rest of ingredients**. Stir till well mixed. Pour into a 2-Quart baking dish with a lid. Cover and bake 1 hour.
- 5. ** When adding the rest of the ingredients, I always put them in a bowl first & mix together before adding to the meat mixture.
