BELGIUM WAFFLE COOKIES image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1/2 lb butter
1 1/8cup packed brown sugar
2 cups white sugar
2 Tb vanilla
6 cups flour
6 eggs beaten

Steps:

  • cream butter, sugar, white sugar, and vanilla then add eggs. Add flour. Depending on egg size the batter should not be too stiff--too much flour makes for a harder cookie. Almond flavoring is good.
