Beer-Bourbon Lemonade image

Keep this pint extra cold with lemon-beer ice cubes: Mix beer, lemonade and small lemon slices and freeze in an ice cube tray.

5 3/4 cups lemonade
4 12-ounce bottles lager
2 lemons, sliced and quartered
1 1/2 cups bourbon

Steps:

  • Mix 1 1/2 cups lemonade, 1 bottle beer and the lemons in a bowl. Pour into ice cube trays and freeze until firm, 3 hours.
  • Mix the remaining 4 1/4 cups lemonade, 3 bottles beer and the bourbon in a pitcher.
  • Fill beer mugs or tall glasses with the lemon ice cubes. Pour in the drink.
