FROSTED JELLO SALAD image

Number Of Ingredients 15

2 3 oz Lemon Jello
2 cups water
2 cups Seven-up soda
1 large Pineapple chunks in juice, drained
2 cups miniature marshmallow
2 large bananas
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup pineapple juice
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 3 oz cream cheese
1/2 pint whipping cream
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Steps:

  • 1. Make jello according to package directions. Chill until thickened. 2. Add pineapple, marshmallows, bananas. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan and chill until firm. 3. Combine sugar, flour, egg and juice. Cook until thick - then add butter and cream cheese. Remove from heat. 4. Whip cream and add to mixture. Spread mixture over jello and top with coconut and nuts.
