Beefy Salsa Macaroni and Velveeta Cheese image

1 lb ground beef
16 oz salsa
2 c water
7 oz macaroni, elbow
1/4 lb velveeta cheese, cut up

Steps:

  • 1. Brown meat in large skillet.
  • 2. Drain meat.
  • 3. Add salsa and water.
  • 4. Bringing to a boil.
  • 5. Stir in macaroni.
  • 6. Reduce heat; cover.
  • 7. Simmer for 8 to 10 minutes, or until macaroni is tender.
  • 8. Stir in Velveeta until melted.
