I love fry rice. This is just 1 of many ways I love to make it. My family loves fry rice too. I must have at least once a week.

Steps:
- 1. First cook the meat in a large nonstick frying pan on hight heat for about 3 mins or until evenly browned.
- 2. Next add in the next ingredients, bring to a boil & stir often. Simmer for about 5 mins. The remove from the heat.
- 3. Then let stand for about 5 mins. Then add in the oranges & onions. Then fliff with a fork.
