This is such an easy but delicious cheese ball. I have been making it since I was 19 years old and I always go back to this one. The flavors are just "there". Simple, flavorful. Number Of Ingredients 5

2 - 8 pkg cream cheese
5 oz dried beef, divided (you know, the kind in the jar)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp accent
2 Tbsp chives

Steps:

  • 1. Tear beef into small pieces. Reserve 2 ounces of the dried beef.
  • 2. Combine all other ingredients and shape into a ball.
  • 3. Chill until somewhat firm - a few hours.
  • 4. Roll in remaining beef pieces. Serve with crackers of your choice. I like to serve it with Sociables.
