2 cups shredded mozzarella
2 15 oz cans tomato sauce
sour cream
ricotta
1 16 ounce package elbows

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 Saute the beef Cook the macaroni in boiling water until tender. Drain. In a large casserole dish, mix the beef, macaroni, tomato sauce, sour cream and cheese. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes until bubbly.
