BBQ Hot Dogs & Beans image

My mother made these BBQ hot dogs for years and I revised it by adding the beans and I tweaked some of the spices a little. This dish is very good with fried potatoes...oh I know... but can't we fudge a little once in awhile?

Number Of Ingredients 11

2 medium onions sliced
3/4 c ketchup
3/4 c water
1 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp chili powder
1 pkg all beef hot dogs
l large can of pork n' beans

Steps:

  • 1. Put the first nine ingredients in a sauce pan and heat through. (Makes 2 cups.)
  • 2. Cut up hot dogs and place with beans in a 2 qt. casserole dish. Pour the heated sauce over the top and stir. Bake at 350* uncovered for 1 hour.
