Basil Tomatoes on Toastettes image

How to make Basil Tomatoes on Toastettes

Number Of Ingredients 11

- TOASTETTES INGREDIENTS
3 tablespoon(s) balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
3 tablespoon(s) basil leaves, cut into thin ribbons
6 - green onions, chopped
3 - tomatoes, chopped
- TOMATO RECIPE
1 - clove garlic
- olive oil
1 - loaf of french bread
1/2 cup(s) fresh mozzarella

Steps:

  • Slice bread, drizzle with olive oil and rub with garlic clove.
  • Bake in 400 degree oven until golden brown.
  • Chop tomatoes, combine with basil, onions, salt, pepper, vinegar and cheese.
  • Let these flavors mix and enjoy.
