Number Of Ingredients 12

1 lb beef stew meet 1/4 inch strips
1/2 c barley
2 T tomato paste
1/2 c chopped onion
1 t paprika
1 garlic clove minced
1 t salt
1/8 t pepper
1 c water
1 tin Golden Mushroom Soup
2 c sliced mushrooms
1/2 c sour cream

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients except mushrooms and our cream in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 7 hours. Stire in mushrooms. Cover cook on high for 15 minutes. Turn off heat; stir in sour cream.
