Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 450F.
- 2. (Optional) Brown and season ground grass fed beef or turkey or wherever desired meat Season with salt and pepper
- 3. Mix ricotta, parmesan, beaten egg & seasonings together, place in an ovenproof dish. (Add optional meat to mix) I added onion powder, garlic powder, season salt, Badia Complete... basically whatever jumps outta the cabinet!
- 4. Pour sauce/marinara on top, and top with mozzarella.
- 5. Bake 20-25 min.
