Steps:
- 1. Heat crock pot to high. Peel the frozen bananas or the very ripe ones. MASH.
- 2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until fluffy.
- 3. To the above bowl beat in the eggs one at a time. Add the water and the mashed bananas. Throughly mix in the baking soda and flour.
- 4. Pour batter into the (RIVAL) greased and flowered pan, "Bread n Cake Baker", and cover and lock on. Put the cover on the crockpot and bake on high 2-3 hours.
- 5. Lift the bread out of the crock pot by the black knob, then remove the lid. Put on a rack 1-15 minutes.
- 6. Turn pot up side down on a wire rack to cool. Cut and enjoy. I like it with a little cream cheese.. strawberries and ....maybe a dollop of whipped cream!!!
