3/4 C. BUTTER
1 1/2 C. SUGAR
2 EGGS
1/2 C. MILK
1 TSP. SODA
1 TSP. BAKING POWDER
2 C. FLOUR
1 C. MASHED BANANAS
1 C. PECANS OR WALNUTS
1 TSP. VANILLA
1/4 TSP. SALT

Steps:

  • CREAM SOFTEN BUTTER AND SUGAR; ADD LIGHTLY BEATEN EGGS. DISOLVE SODA IN MILK AND ADD.SIFT THE DRY INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND ADD. NEXT ADD MASHED BANANAS,VANILLA,AND NUTS. SPRAY OR GREASE OBLONG PAN 8 BY 10 OR MAKE CUP CAKE MUFFINS. BAKE IN A MODERATE 350 OVEN FOR ABOUT 1 HOUR.
