BANANA NUT BREAD WITH YELLOW CAKE MIX image

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 box yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1/3 cup oil or applesauce
3-5 ripe bananas
1c. Chopped pecans or walnuts.

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350. Mix bananas with eggs, oil cake mix and nuts. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake 30 -35 min. Take out of oven let cool for 10 min.
