Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Microwave chocolate and butter until melted. Stir until smooth. Stir in sugar. Add eggs 1 at a time, beating between each addition. Stir in vanilla. Add 1/4 cup flour with baking soda; mix well. Alternate remaining flour with water, beating well after each addition. Pour into greased and floured 9 inch cake pan. Bake for 30 minutes.
